bpha is the leading RSL in the field of key worker and intermediate tenure housing in its main operating areas.

The Association was re-appointed as HomeBuy Agent (formerly ‘Zone Agent’) for 2006-08 for:

• The Cambridgeshire sub-region (including West Suffolk)
• The Bedfordshire sub-region
• The Peterborough sub-region

bpha was also awarded the new HomeBuy Agent role for the Northamptonshire sub-region from 1 April 2006.

Following this strengthening of the role, bpha is now responsible for:

• providing a one-stop-shop for all intermediate tenure applicants (formerly only key workers in 2004-06)
• headline marketing of all intermediate tenure products
  marketing homes produced by the Government’s First Time Buyers
• Initiative and the Council of Mortgage Lenders’ HomeBuy scheme.
