Together, Key Communities is delivering a £148 million development programme in partnership with its own funders, the Housing Corporation, local authorities and private developers, building more than 1,200 new affordable homes every year. The lead partner, bpha, works across central, southern and eastern England and is an investment partner of the Housing Corporation, as well as the lead housing association for the Cambridgeshire Partnerships delivering the Cambridge Challenge.
