John Welch

John is a chartered surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience in the housing sector. He has gained experience in numerous fields, including maintenance, health and safety, property valuation and housing management. 

Since joining Howard Cottage in May 2004, John has taken on responsibility for asset management and development. He has previously held senior positions with both a housing association and a local authority.
