Mike Goodson
Managing Director, Iceni Homes

Mike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has worked in housing for more than 40 years, mainly in local government. He joined Iceni in 2005 as its Managing Director prior to which he was Director of Housing with South Norfolk Council for 19 years where he led the successful transfer of the Council’s housing stock to what is now known as Saffron Housing Trust. He previously worked for Norwich City Council for nine years as an Assistant Director of Housing where he headed up the Technical Services Division. He has also worked in senior positions for a housing association and other local authorities.

Iceni Homes is the joint venture company, owned by Colne Housing Society, Cotman Housing Association and Suffolk Housing Society, and undertakes development on behalf of these associations.
