Vivien Farrow
Chief Executive, Cotman Housing Association

Vivien joined Cotman Housing Association as Development Manager, and was promoted to the post of Chief Executive in 1990. She is also a director of Iceni Homes, the joint venture development company owned by Cotman and two other Key Communities partners.

She trained as an architectural technician with Bedfordshire County Council and then joined a Norwich-based architect’s practice specialising in speculative residential development. She left in 1987 for Cotman Housing Association.
